A unique roundtable Q&A session with serial entrepreneur Lee Stein. In
addition to a passion for philanthropy and protecting the environment, Lee
Stein has successfully implemented ventures in the following areas:
Venture Capital
Managing Partner of Virtual Group, LLC, a VC firm investing in early stage companies;
Founder of Prize Capital, an innovative venture financing model that capitalizes
global competitions for finding solutions to health, scientific, and technological
problems;
Real Estate Financing and Development
President of Seaport Village, an entertainment retailing complex in San Diego;
Co-founder of firm that developed Ramada Maingate at Disneyland, a 467-room hotel
next to Disneyland, CA;
Internet Commerce
Inventor (3 patents), co-founder of First Virtual, Chairman and CEO at the time
of its IPO, developed a secure online payment system, his IP subsequently acquired
by eBay/Paypal;
Entertainment Finance
Co-founder of Stein & Stein, a management and advisory company for high net
worth individuals primarily in the entertainment industry.
